15,000psi Flexible Frac Hose

It is a composite hose that can be easily customized to various lengths, ranging from 2 to 7 inches in inner diameter, and pressures of up to 15,000 psi to meet your specific needs. This hose offers improved resistance to frac media and higher flow rates, allowing you to optimize your frac operation.

1.Application: Acid Fracturing, sand fracturing and hydraulic fracturing piping in well completion operations, suitable for water-based, oil-based, foam, acid-based and other fracturing fluids under high-pressure.

· Inner Layer: HNBR based Polymer Composite Material

· Reinforcement Layer: 8 Multiple Layer Spiral High Strength Super Flexible Steel Wire

· Outer Rubber Layer: Abrasion-resistant, Weather-Resistant Synthetic Rubber + Kevlar Spiral Wrap

3. Temperature Range: 4°F~+212°F (-20°C~+100°C )

4. Connection: Integral 1502 Union, API 6A,16A,17D Flange and Clamp Hub

The HNBR polymer composite material is used as the wear-resistant Liner, and there is rubber layer behind the wear-resistant liner as a reinforce support. After the wear-resistant liner of the HNBR polymer composite material is worn out, yellow & Red inner polymer composite layer can be seen as the hose life end warning indicator

The joint adopts forged integral three-safety crimping, which can achieve full diameter (full flow) flow, result in best flow rate possible.
